The usage of the machine: the machine is a special equipment for drilling and boring deep hole of cylindrical workpieces. While boring, the oil supplied from the oil pressure head take the metal chips from the cutting area to the lantern and chip converyer in the front of the headstock, and drilling adopt internal metal chips remving method (BTA method), the oil supplied from oil pressure head remove the chips from the cutting area to the chips receiver in the back of the machine through the innner hole of the drilling tube.

The machine is controled by PLC, and the feed of the oil pressure head and carriage is controled by the servo motor, The feeding rack installed in the middle of the bed guideway guarantee the requirement of feed accuracy and rigidity for the long travel. The protection guard installed on both sides of the bed and overground oil tank improve the working environment. The machine can be mated with automatic or manual telescopic tool so as to improve the machining efficiency greatly.

This is a easy operating, high efficiency and environment protective deep hole drilling and boring machine.

For DHDB100 and DHDB100/1 Machine:

  1. The machine can be mated with N=22kw frequency converting spindle motor, then the spindle speed will change to 60-1200rpm with 3 gears stepless speeds.
  2. DHDB100/1 is mated with a travel headstock with rotating drilling bar and a 15kw motor so that the workpiece and drilling head can be rotate oppositely, and the spindle speed of the travel headstock is 60-800rpm.
  3. The machine can be mated with 30kw spindle motor so that the drilling diameter of the hole can reach 80mm.
  4. The machine can be mated with CNC system, e.g. SIEMENS 828D or FANUC oi mate or GSK or KND system.

For DHDB200 and DHDB200/1 Machine:

  1. The machine can be mated with N=37kw frequency converting spindle motor, then the spindle speed will change to 60-1200rpm with 3 gears stepless speeds.
  2. DHDB200/1 is mated with a travel headstock with rotating drilling bar and a 15kw motor so that the workpiece and drilling head can be rotate oppositely, and the spindle speed of the travel headstock is 40-500rpm.
  3. The machine can be mated with drilling small holes device which can drilling 20-40mm holes.
  4. The machine can be mated with CNC system, e.g. SIEMENS 828D or FANUC oi mate or GSK or KND system.
